Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, or relationship issues, I tailor therapy to meet your unique needs and goals. I believe that healing begins with feeling truly seen and heard, and I’m honored to walk alongside my clients on their journey to wellness.
I draw from modalities such as CBT, mindfulness, DBT, and strengths-based approaches, always with a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive lens. Together, we’ll build tools for resilience and self-compassion so you can thrive—not just survive.
