Request supportWe believe mental health care should honor culture, community, and identity. These values reflect what we stand for and how we show up, expanding access to culturally rooted care, nurturing spaces of belonging, and building systems where every person is seen, affirmed, and supported.
We make it easier for people to find care that reflects who they are and where they come from. We believe healing happens best when you don't have to translate your existence.
We honor ancestral wisdom, cultural practices, and community identities beyond Eurocentric norms.
We link healing to justice, challenging systems of oppression while centering community care and access
We embrace whole-person healing and commit to reflection, unlearning, and accountable, culturally rooted care.
Finding the right therapist or wellness provider shouldn’t feel overwhelming. Our directory is intentionally designed to help you connect with licensed clinicians who understand your lived experiences, cultural identity, and healing journey. Here’s how to get started:
Browse by identity, specialty, language, service type, or location to find providers who align with your needs and values.
Learn about each provider’s background, approach, and philosophy of care. Read bios, review specializations, and discover what makes each clinician unique.
Identify the therapist or wellness provider who reflects your story, honors your identity, and supports your goals for healing and growth.
Once you’ve found the right match, contact the provider through their profile to schedule a consultation, ask questions, or begin therapy.

We acknowledge that we live, gather, and do our work on lands taken through colonization, genocide, and ongoing systems of oppression, and we recognize that the Grand Rapids, Michigan area is the ancestral and unceded territory of the Odawa (Ottawa), Ojibwe (Chippewa), and Potawatomi peoples, collectively known as the Three Fires Confederacy; these nations have maintained deep cultural, spiritual, and relational ties to this land for generations, and many of their descendants continue to live, lead, and resist erasure today, calling us to engage honestly with this history and to align our work with Indigenous sovereignty, accountability, and justice.
Join us in building a mental health and wellness model rooted in community, accessibility, and cultural authenticity. Your support expands programs, empowers providers, and brings healing directly to communities.
