I have been described as an active listener who makes others feel heard and seen. Whether you are going through some hard transitions in life, struggling with parenting and/or caregiver issues, burning out from your career or work situation, etc. I am dedicated to providing a safe space for you to be vulnerable and develop new skills.
I use the skills of CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Positive Psychology, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I hope to be able to support you in your mental wellness journey.
