Partner With Us to Expand Access to Culturally Rooted Mental Health Care

What is the Community Collaborator Program

The Community Collaborator Program is an initiative of Our Mental Health Collective (OMHC) created to increase access to culturally grounded, identity-affirming mental health services across our region. This program invites private practice clinicians, therapists, and wellness providers to partner with OMHC in advancing decolonized therapy, community-centered care, and collective healing.

By joining as a Community Collaborator, clinicians help strengthen a network dedicated to equity, cultural responsiveness, and liberation-focused mental health practices. Together, we build pathways for community members to find support that reflects who they are — without barriers.

Program Purpose

The Community Collaborator Program is designed to:

01

Expand the availability of culturally aligned mental health services

02

Connect clinicians with OMHC’s network, directory, and community referrals

03

Training, mentorship and professional development opportunities rooted in decolonized care

04

Support private practices through partnerships and corporate engagement opportunities

05

Build a shared infrastructure that advances community wellness, equity, and sustainable systems of care

06

Contribute to OMHC’s ability to offer programming, clinician support, and community services

This initiative is not just a network — it is a collective impact model rooted in shared values, collaboration, and cultural integrity
