I understand that taking the first step toward therapy can feel intimidating, but don’t allow the fear of vulnerability hold you back from experiencing the joy of healing. You may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about how to navigate life’s challenges. You might be a child or teen struggling with anxiety, depression, school pressures, or relationship conflicts—or an adult working through stress, self-esteem concerns, or past trauma. You don’t have to go through it alone. My role is to walk alongside you in your journey, offering support, guidance, and encouragement as you work toward the life you envision.
I work with children, teens, & adults navigating anxiety, depression, and life’s big changes. My style is warm, encouraging, &collaborative blending CBT, DBT, mindfulness, play therapy, and a holistic approach to create a plan that truly fits you. Together, we’ll build the tools, confidence, and clarity you need to feel more grounded, capable, and hopeful.
