Navigating life's challenges can be difficult, whether it's anxiety, depression, imposter syndrome, or navigating relationships, etc.
My approach is strengths based, and person centered. I believe everyone is resilient and can lean into their strengths to navigate life's twists and turns. I also bring experience in connecting clients with practical resources-like community programs, wellness tools, and support groups—that can complement and enrich the therapeutic process.
I've been there, I understand what it’s like to be on the other side of the room, and I strive to create the kind of space that helped me: one that feels safe, nonjudgmental, and genuinely supportive. I know that it can be hard to fit therapy into all of the other things you may be juggling. To accommodate this, I offer Friday, Saturday, and evening hours.
