My ideal clients range from college students to individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, or self-esteem. They may feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain about their next steps. I work well with those who want to better understand themselves, improve communication, manage emotions, and build more fulfilling connections in their lives. I help clients using CBT to identify unhelpful thoughts and patterns, while drawing from relational psychology to explore how past and present relationships shape their experiences.
